To reduce fraudulent use of customer credit cards, all orders are accepted at our discretion and are subject to various security checks. In most cases, we will ship to any convenient address but we do reserve the right to decline your order if we believe this represents a security risk. On high value orders, we may also try to contact you if you fail to include a landline number.
We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed shipment of your order and all products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All images of product on this site are for guidance only. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. E & OE.
In the event of a technical error which has resulted in the sale of a product at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
Security is very important to us as it is to you. We recognize that you trust us to keep your personal data safe and only to use it responsibly for the purposes of providing you with a service.
We do not store any credit card details that you may give.
We will restrict the use of your personal data to process internet orders, keep you informed of your order status and keep you informed of any special offers that you may be interested in from time to time.
We assure you that we will never sell your details to any other company without your explicit consent.
Unwanted Goods:
If you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for a full refund, exchange or credit note, subject to the following conditions:
- The goods are returned in a brand new, unused condition.
- You inform us via email (address below) of your wish to cancel within seven working days, starting the day after delivery.
- The ordered goods are not made or modified to your specification or clearly personalised.
- You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. You will be given the address after you contact us, see below.
- Goods must be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for returning the goods with original packaging.
If returned goods are refused by Playfair Golf Ltd because the above criteria is not met, you will be asked to pay for return carriage back to you.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
Should you experience a problem with any of your goods; repair, exchange or refund will be offered if the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act 1995 (UK). We reserve the right to establish proof of purchase and to send any returned product (at our cost) to the manufacturer for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange.
